- Test upgrades and service packs on GeorgiaVIEW.
- Manually create, enroll and manage users in GeorgiaVIEW.
- Mass load participants into non-Banner courses.
- Merge courses that cannot be cross-listed in Banner.
- Run special Banner maintenance files for GeorgiaVIEW.
- Implement third-party integrations in GeorgiaVIEW.
- Maintain CTL support ticket system.
- Liaison with IT and ITS.
- Configure and maintain Kaltura (My Media).
- Maintain CTL web pages.
