Dr. Christenson leads the University Housing staff, providing direction and coordination for the department. He represents the department across campus and oversees facility management.
Mr. Craddock is responsible for all contract and billing issues, room assignments and oversight of occupancy management. He provides supervision to the Housing Coordinator and assists parents and students with account questions.

Associate Director of Marketing and Communications - Auxiliary Services
Mr. Terry manages the department's advertising and marketing messages to potential students and parents, current students and the university community.
Ms. Wynn oversees the daily administration and operations of our Central Campus residence halls and ensures the community is a well maintained with a safe environment and supervises the community director staff working in the residence halls.
Mr. Joseph oversees the daily administration and operations of our West Campus apartments and ensures the community is a well maintained with a safe environment and supervises the community director staff working in the apartment buildings.
Mrs. McCauley oversees the operations of The Village Apartments Office and directly supervises the office assistants. She coordinates maintenance response, semester turnover and assists in the coordination of replacement of furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Mrs. Smith manages the day-to-day administrative aspects of the department, processes all room-and-board contracts, handles delinquent accounts, maintains student files, and coordinates room assignments. She also serves as the contact person for questions regarding contract policies.
Mrs. Leon serves as the primary greeter to University Housing visitors. This position oversees student assistants, processes housing applications, and deposits. This position also maintains the calendars for the director, associate directors and assistant directors.
