New freshmen register for classes using POUNCE.  New transfer students register through INTRO, which is accessed using information provided in their admission letter.  New graduate students will receive registration instructions from the Graduate Office and their program coordinator.

All currently enrolled students who have cleared all registration holds may register for classes using MyGCSU/PAWS beginning on the dates below. 

Currently enrolled undergraduate students should start the registration process by scheduling a meeting with their academic advisor.

Summer and Fall 2025
  • Currently enrolled graduate students, seniors, and students with priority registration: Begins Monday, March 10, 2025, 7:00 am
  • Currently enrolled juniors: Begins Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 7:00 am
  • Currently enrolled sophomores: Begins Wednesday, March 12, 2025, 7:00 am
  • Currently enrolled freshmen: Begins Thursday, March 13, 2025, 7:00 am
  • Transient students and non-degree seeking students: Begins Monday, March 31, 2025
  • TAP students: Begins Monday, March 31, 2025
  • Amendment 23 students: Begins Monday, March 31, 2025
Spring 2026
  • Currently enrolled graduate students, seniors, and students with priority registration: Begins Monday, October 27, 2025, 7:00 am
  • Currently enrolled juniors: Begins Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 7:00 am
