Transcripts

Transcripts are official academic records of students' work at Georgia College & State University. They are issued by the Registrar's Office with a student's written request.

As a service to our students, former students, and alumni, there is no charge for printed transcripts.  Electronic transcripts cost $2.90 per transcript.  No transcripts will be issued if you have a financial obligation to the university.

Ordering Official Electronic Transcripts Online (Alumni and Former Students)

This option is only available to students who are currently enrolled or who attended Georgia College since Fall 1991.  You may attach separate documents to be sent along with the transcripts (ie. resumes, LCAS/AAMC forms) when completing your request.  Electronic transcripts are official transcripts and are usually delivered within a few minutes of ordering.
