KINS 3123. GENERAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND PHARMACOLOGY. (2-2-3) FALL
Prerequisite: KINS 2103. Recognition and treatment of general medical pathology and etiologies of patients involved in physical activity. Application of pharmacological principles in the treatment of illness, injury, and disease for the athletic population will be discussed. Laboratory experiences emphasize the methods and techniques in assessing general medical conditions.
