LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) fosters the leadership development of participating students through purposeful instruction, enriching programming, direct experience, and active reflection.

The leadership training, education, and development of students is designed to support their performance in current leadership positions and prepare them for future leadership endeavors.

Students participate in workshops, discussion forums, retreats, service projects, conferences, presentations, and special for-credit leadership courses offered as a part of the LCP.

Completion of all program commitments may take anywhere from two to four semesters. Once selected to the LCP, students are invited to actively participate until graduation, even after they have completed all requirements.

Students who successfully complete the program will receive the appropriate notation on their experiential transcript, a certificate to denote participation, and a medallion to be worn at graduation.
