MISSION
The mission of the nursing program is to prepare professional nurses to function as effective members of interdisciplinary teams to meet the healthcare needs of Georgia’s multicultural families. The baccalaureate program is built on a two- year liberal arts core curriculum. This liberal arts foundation provides the student with a knowledge base for personal growth and professional development. Baccalaureate graduates are prepared as generalists.
Faculty and students comprise a community of scholars who are active contributors to the delivery and improvement of health.
