HIST 4530. THE AGE OF JEFFERSON, 1787-1826. (3-0-3)

Prerequisite: HIST 1131 or 1132 and 3001. The United States from adoption of the Constitution to the death of Jefferson. Major themes include origins of political parties, evolution of foreign policy, and westward expansion.
