MKTG 4176. SERVICES MARKETING. (3-0-3)
Prerequisite: "C" or better in MKTG 3161 and junior standing. A study of the role of services in the economy. The course focuses on the unique characteristics of services and explores the special considerations needed in developing a marketing mix for services as well as the role of technology in service delivery.
