PSYC 4025. INTRODUCTION TO INDUSTRIAL/ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY. (3-0-3)
Prerequisite: PSYC 1101 and classification as a junior or senior, or permission of the instructor. An introduction to variables related to behavior in the work setting. Topics include occupational choice, job selection, training, man-machine systems, job-related stress, motivation, morale, communication, and supervisor-worker relations.
