The options for filing a Sexual Misconduct/Title IX complaint are as follows: :
- Complete the electronic Sexual Misconduct/Title IX Reporting Form (Electronic), or
- Print and complete the complaint form hand written Sexual Misconduct/Title IX Reporting Form. Upon completion of the hand written form, please send to Interim Keith Cobbs, Campus Box 004 or via email.
- Visit the Title IX Coordinator office at 231 West Hancock Street, 108 Parks Hall, Milledgeville, GA 31061
Can a report be completed anonymously?
Yes. Any individual may make an anonymous report concerning an act of sexual misconduct. An individual may report the incident without disclosing his/her name, identifying the Respondent, or requesting any action. However, depending on the level of information available about the incident or the individuals involved the College's ability to respond to an anonymous report may be limited.
